Restore TS berzerk logic

Original Request

It would be nice to restore berzerk logic from TS. For you who doesnt know what that is. When a infantry with Cyborg=yes have 50% health left, it become nuts and start attacking everyone(that include yourself and allieds). I think TS's berzerk logic is to hardcoded, example what if we want a robot that doesnt bersek when it have 50% health, but when it have 20%? Or what if we want a smart robot(a cyborg that doesnt berzek, berzerk logic should split from Cyborg= tag)?
