[Blueprint] Evil Carryalls

I distinctly remember this being possible in the past, at least partially, but I might be wrong. The idea is that Carryalls could be used offensively by picking up enemy tanks and dropping them into water or onto rocks, similar to Magnetrons.
- Carryalls should have the ability to pick up hostile units when ordered to, possible through force-hotkey.
- Carryalls should have the ability to drop units mid-air through "deploy" hotkey.
- Take Vehicle DeathWeapon for shot-down Carryalls into account.
- Should the dropping be for hostiles only or for friendlies as well? (With parachute?)
- If we add a sense of velocity, we could add the ability to knock a unit over. (As in, the Carryall locks onto the target, strafes to the side a little, and then lets go, causing the target to fall on its side or roof and being out of commission despite not being destroyed.)
