Attendance: Rebecca Tatterson, Beth Ashmore, Jennifer Weston, Andy Panayiotou, Mike Rylander and Tim Streasick

  1. CORAL release

Andy is working with a developer at SirsiDynix to address and fix a few issues with the Usage Statistics module specifically with bugs in SUSHI functionality. He expects developer will have time to devote to the project in December. Release has been pushed to January after issues are resolved.

  1. CORAL Community Meeting

We had 55 registrants and 33 attendees for the CORAL Community Meeting. Jennifer shared responses from the survey that was distributed with the recording. Comments from the survey were for improvements to usage collection in CORAL including a way to calculate cost-per-use and a tutorial on how libraries can use workflows.

  1. Other

The group discussed development of CORAL by individual libraries, possibly soliciting feedback from the community on any developments and areas of importance for the ERM. What do CORAL users need in an ERM, integrations with other systems? Accessibility, and security are areas of importance and priorities at present. Equinox has devoted developer time on accessibility work in the coming year. A survey will be created to gather feedback from the community on CORAL development occurring at libraries.
