Ideas for CORAL Online Summit Discussion session

Yan shared some ideas for the discussion session at the Summit: use breakout rooms and Jamboard, a Google digital whiteboard tool. Jennifer pointed out that the GotoMeeting does not have breakout rooms function. NCSU has zoom and Yan can set up a zoom session with her NCSU zoom account. The group decided to move forward with the ideas. The group then discussed logistics involved. The first part of the Summit will be using GoToMeeting and then switch to Zoom for the discussion part, which is roughly 50 minutes. Breakout session will be 25 minutes and then 15 minutes for big group discussion. The group will run a practice session on the 16th.

PHP and security alerts update

Andy updated the group that SirsiDynix was looking into the security alerts issue on Github repository. He also brought up that the installer might cause security alerts. They will look into it and report back to the group with their findings at a future SC meeting.

Testing with PHP code update is still ongoing. Andy will provide more update at the next SC meeting.
