- Yan reported hosting fee for CORAL website has been paid for 5 year term and partly with $1000 grant from Equinox. Security services were upgraded as part of the renewal.

Survey suggested improving documentation on upgrade process, Andy suggested address with next release and to look at installation docs and test before releases to ensure working properly. Committee will address as part of next release

Based on survey results indicating an interest in sharing among attendees at next CORAL Summit, Yan will check with Equinox about the use of platform that will allow this interaction among attendees and presenters

Survey also suggested adding closed captioning or provide live captioning for the Summit. Yan will check Equinox about accessibility features in Goto meetings.
