PHP/JQuery update

Andy updated the group on PHP development - they have found some issues with the code. It'll take longer than expected to have a reliable release. They need help testing the code. NCSU will do some testing and share the results.
Mike updated the group on JQuery development - they continued to work on the Licensing module update, have completed most of the Resources module; they aim to complete both module by the end of Feb. They'll pull in SirsiDynix's PHP code and work on merging the changes.
The group discussed the timeline for the next release.

Jennifer shared the announcements, registration form and the proposal form with the group. The group approved the announcement. She asked the group to test the forms and provide any feedback to her. The group also discussed publicity channels - CORAL Slack channel, CORAL website and Facebook, and Equinox website/social media, and other listservs. Jennifer pointed out GotoMeeting can handle attendants up to 200 people. SC members will test the forms and provide feedback to Jennifer by Thursday 2/10/22. Publicity can go out on Friday 2/11/22.
