Welcome Beth Ashmore

The Steering Committee welcomed Beth Ashmore. Beth is the Associate Head, Acquisitions and Discovery at NC State Libraries.

Release update

Mike and Andy reported that other commitments have slowed the progress of addressing the workflow editing bug that needs to be fixed prior to the release. Developers should have time in the next few weeks to work on this. Mike asked the group if someone familiar with Javascript based interfaces could help with troubleshooting. He will ask a developer at Equinox for assistance and Andy offered to look at as well.

CORAL Summit

Planning group will meet on August 24th. Group discussed using GoToWebinar as the hosting platform for the Summit as in previous years and all members supported this.

GoDaddy domain transfer

Tim reported that although the CORAL domain transfer was successful, the hosting plan is still linked to Yan Song's GoDaddy account. He is working with Yan to complete the transfer.
