CORAL Budget Update

• Our budget presently consists of moneys left over from a Grant to help pay for hosting and domain fees.
  • Initial grant was $1000, $440.65 remains after paying for a 5-year webhosting deal.
  • Potentially need to use for Vimeo Membership 2023 onwards.

CORAL Leadership Update

• Rebecca Tatterson has graciously offered to take on the Chair role of the CORAL Steering Committee. Tim Streasick will be vice-chair to help Rebecca.
• Yan, Rebecca, and Tim met to transfer administrative accounts, discuss financial information, and manage the transition.
• The Steering Committee thanked Yan for her years of service and leadership of the CORAL Steering Committee. She will be missed!

Code Update

• Mike/Equinox is almost done with the PHP and JQuery Update commit. There is one "showstopper" bug that they have found and hope to squash before finalizing commits.
• Andy/SirsiDynix have found a few issues in testing but nothing preventing release (and it sounded like some of the issues that were found would be fixed in a commit that was only recently made).
• We remain optimistic that the next release is around the corner!
