Grant opportunity for Website hosting (XS)

XS has been in touch with Equinox Open Library Initiative about a grant to support CORAL website hosting and other partnership opportunities.

Equinox is a non-profit organization who provides support for open source library services. They are willing to provide a grant up to 1k to cover CORAL's website hosting fee - this will cover ten years of CORAL website hosting fee. As an alternative, they offer in-kind website hosting for CORAL with a five-year contract. The group reached a consensus to accept the grant offer. XS will communicate the decision to Equinox.

Documentation update (RT)

RT has moved documentation on Read-the-Doc to CORAL Github: https://github.com/coral-erm/coral/wiki#general-documentation-and-help The documentation link on CORAL website has been updated to the Github link. TK has helped with transferring the images over.

Host a virtual CORAL event (XS)

We will not have CORAL user group meeting at ER&L in 2021. XS discussed the idea of hosting a virtual CORAL event in the future with the group. EH suggested engaging interests via CORAL listserv. If there is enough interests, SC can host a virtual event in the Spring.
