1. Documentation update (RT)

RT Started transferring documents to Wiki. Set something up on the main page. Ran into an issue with images which don't display. TK demoed how to link images on Wiki.

Action Items:

• TK - setup an image repo under CORAL ERM.
• RT - add the images and transfer the files.

2. Website Hosting (TK)

TK is looking into using Github to host the website.Domain fee still needs to be paid ($15/year).

Action Items:

• TK - set up a basic frame and bring it to SC for discussion at a future meeting

3. 2020.09 Release update (AP/TK/RT/EH)

SC reviewed, approved and merged the code. Thanks everyone for the hard work!

• XS Announce the release on the website

4. SC governance update (XS)

XS updated the governance

5. Listservs update (XS)

Remove [email protected] and [email protected]. Keep the general user listserv for new user subscription and post questions.

Action Items:

• XS clean up the website
• TK follow up with Laurie on social media account.
