Attendance: Song, Tatterson, Streasick, Weston

  1. Release update (all): Equinox is testing and will update committee after the holiday. SirsiDynix is testing as well and has uncovered issues, so will update committee after the holidays. Updates will be shared via the Slack channel until the next meeting. NC State developer is working on getting a server set up with PHP and will install a branch and do some testing. Equinox has put together a list CORAL development items to work on after the new release.

  2. Tutorial update (Rebecca/Jennifer): Jennifer and Rebecca are working on customizing CORAL's Vimeo channel. Rebecca has created tutorials for CORAL Licensing and Usage Statistics modules and will upload to the channel. Jennifer will upload recordings for CORAL Summits. Tim's library is working on a CORAL installation which he will put together a general tutorial on and will share on Vimeo.

  3. Godaddy domain subscription (Yan): Subscription was being paid by Ben Heet. Yan is working with him on having the domain transferred back to the CORAL Steering Committee. The committee will use funds from an Equinox grant to cover hosting cost for next year.
