Steering Committee 20220407 Minutes
Attendees: Sarah, Rebecca, Lisa, Jennifer, Mike, Andy and Yan
Jennifer provided updates on registration and proposal submissions. Several members on the call offered to do a 10-15 minutes presentations. The group eventually developed a schedule to include presentations on different modules of CORAL, a vendor panel discussion and facilitated group discussion for all Summit attendees. Jennifer will put together the schedule and share it with the group.
Yan brought up that there were security alerts on the CORAL Github repository. The group had a discussion about these alerts and what actions we should take to address them. Andy had asked their developers to take a look at them. Mike also offered to look into that. It was also brought up that members from Equinox was not added to the Github repository. Yan added them after the meeting.
Andy provided an update on the PHP work - they were working on testing and fixing the issues identified. There was an issue with Sushi harvest. Mike offered to look into installing the Usage module at Equinox and will take a look at the issues.
