Blast Mutation

Blast that modifies/replaces all entities in a area of radius^3. With the detection being done in a box shape unlike other blasts that use distance from center.
Currently no explosive generates this blast on it's own. Instead it is used with blasts such as nuclear.

- Was added as a way to post trigger entity replacements after nuke destroyed an area.
- Its unknown if mutation is the original name.
