User Flow
We need to create user flow diagrams to understand the path that the our prototypical user takes through an application to complete designated tasks. We need to think about their entry point, each step through their path and where their final outcome will be.
For CFPB, the My Money Calendar, we needed to consider the following user flows:
- New User
- Entering beginning balance (Money on hand)
- New and Returning User
- Entering incomes
- Entering expenses
- Viewing strategies
