Journey maps help visualize the sequence of actions that makes up the user experience for the particular problem to be solved. They help all parties visualize the emotions, pain points, and successes that users go through from identification of a problem to finding a solution. With the Money Tools, My Money Calendar, we use Bill's and Jane's experience to help drive design decisions.
