After the project and contract kickoff, we hold our initial background and information workshop that is critical to setting the team up with the the right tools. We need to understand the project from the client's perspective. We need to know What we need to know and Where we can get answers. This is an extensive, foundational workshop. The information that is surfaced leads to agenda and questions we would want to work through in technical approach and alignment workshop.
