This planning workshop will produce the overarching concepts that will drive the project.

The Roadmap is a living document that moves from overarching information to the next level of granularity. It details the following information about each project in the effort.
- Phases. Each phase consists of goal(s), value provided to users, KPIs, and timeline. Goals are further broken down into functionality (themes) planned for this phase.
- Phase 1: MVP
- Phase 2: Personalized strategies, reoccurrence, findings from MVP prioritized
- Phase 3: Integration with native phone features
Build a minimum viable product to collect the maximum amount of validated learning from customers and stakeholders with the least effort. The validated learning comes usability testing sessions and consumers use of beta version of the tool.
For CFPB/Digital Tools My Money Calendar, the requirements for the MVP are as follows:
- The user needs to be able to input their Starting Balance, some Incomes, and some Expenses
- The user need to be able to view these items on a Weekly and Monthly basis.
- The user also needs to be able to view Strategies that will help the user figure out how to improve their current cashflow. This includes Strategies particular to the when the user's balance is less than $0.
