Required imports:
import mods.techguns.GunStats;
import mods.techguns.ArmorStats;

Gun Example:
GunStats.setWeaponStat("handcannon","DAMAGE",1);

Techguns Armors use an own absorb formula (the one from 1.7). 24 is maximum armor rating with 96% reduction.
