FRC IntelliJ plugin (named FRC in application)
Open IntelliJ Community Edition (install link here)
Once the application is open, direct your eyes to the top left of the application, where you will find these four lines. Click them.
Next, click on Settings.
Then, click on plugins, search in the search bar "FRC" and click on the plugin that looks like the one labeled below.
Finally, click install.
