The Common subjects extraction utility allows you to extract the only common subjects from two different directories.
In order to be considered as belonging to the same subject, the name of the different file has to be equal until one of the non-valid symbols:
- -
- _
- .
The signals will be saved in a subdirectory named Common Subjects of each related directory, in .mat format, inside a struct named data which will have the fields used for the analysis in this toolbox.
Furthermore, from the signals will be saved the only common locations.
Note that the the files need to have the same format, and you can use the signals extraction utility in order to achieve that.
When you finish the extraction, you can return to the Utility interface.
