In the analysis step's initial interface, you can select the studies you want to make on your data.

Currently, you can execute:

  • Network analysis, where you can compute some network metrics between on the connectivity measures

  • Epochs analysis, where you can analyze the variation of a measure between the various epochs for the specified subject

  • Scatter plot analysis, where you can visually determine if there is any difference in a scatter plot between the two different groups in different measures and different spatial parameters

  • Statistical analysis, where you can compute different statistical analysis, such as u-tests, analysis on distributions and correlations

  • Classification analysis, where you can test some classifiers such as decision tree classifiers, random forest classifiers and neural network classifiers

Whenever you need, you can click on the logo button to open this page of the wiki on a web browser.

Now you can go further and compute some analysis on your data, or go back to the measure extraction step or to the spatial and temporal average step.
