Overview

It's a desktop application for real estate manager. Currently it supports 4 types of real estate: land plots, residential real estate, cottages and commercial real estate. Each type contains its own search filters and information fields. All reference information is edited through the built-in reference book. Also, after launch, the program synchronizes exchange rates from the Central Bank via the Internet, and converts all prices in accordance with the selected currency and in real time. If you need to create a presentation, there is a function to export data and photos on the selected object to Microsoft Word. The view of the main table for all types is customizable by the user. The project database is based on Microsoft Access technology. All settings are saved to a file and the next time you start the program, they are automatically restored for ease of use.
