Hide tree dropdown by role (merged from the module of Robin S)

Hides the "Tree" dropdown submenu from the main navigation. This menu currently may contain pages that are not editable for users with certain roles so here you can disable the whole submenu to avoid confusion.

In Reno theme there is no Tree menu but a "quicklink" menu, this is removed by the submodule.

This feature will be removed in the future when this issue will be eliminated in ProcessWire. Note that this tweak is JavaScipt-only so users can visit the link if they no the exact url (though they will be redirected to the frontend of pages where they don't have permission to edit).
