Apply default admin theme tweaks
A few usability mods targetting the default admin theme.

Make header sticky: stick the header to the top of the browser window so it stays in place when scrolling down

Set wider main content: sets the max-width of the main content from 1200px to 1600px

Align top menu to the left: aligns the top menu to the left, next to the logo. This way it's easier to reach, especially on wide screens (idea by Robin S)
