Connecting to Mac virtual hosts from Parallels Windows

Configure Parallels to use Shared Networking.

1. Open the Virtual Machine menu or Alt-click (Option-click) the Parallels icon in the Mac menu bar (in the Crystal view mode) and choose Configure.
2. In the Virtual Machine Configuration dialog, click Hardware and select this device name in the sidebar.
3. Choose "Network 1" and set "Shared Network" for "Type" from the dropdown.

Turn on "Show Parallels Adapter in System Preferences".

1. Open Parallels preferences
2. Go to Networking tab.
3. Enable check box "Show in the System Preferences" for both HostOnly and Shared.

Get Parallels IP from the Mac System Preferences:

Edit the HOSTS file on the Windows side:
