Rpi gateways related part

This section intends to help setting up a LoRaWAN gateway using a RPi3 with an IMST-ic880a shield and running Chirpstack GatewayOS Full.

Such a gateway can be configured to report incoming traffic to TTN, but also to local network/application servers.
