We have design a case using 3D Builder from Microsoft. It's a so simple to use 3D editor. It is quite limited in functionalities and some things are so manual and repetitive to perform but you will learn to use it in a couple of hours. You can find the case in the repository. The file is in STL format and is ready to be printed in a 3D printer.
