Thanks for the efforts! Please, see the travis report. Some tests are broken now. Could you fix them first and then submit another pull request? |

Characters C, Q, W, X are missing in transliteration tables in transliterate.contrib.languages.ru.data.
I added several missing rules to RussianLanguagePack.pre_processor_mapping. This has broken 3 unit tests of reversed transliteration behaviour.
If anybody has suggestions how to fix the tests and refactor transliteration logic I can try to amend the pr.
