There is bug in tranliteration:

translit('watch', 'ru') produces 'wатч'

There is no letter w in Russian language.

There are is related issue #14 of which this one is a duplicate. This bug is solved in #13 for English -> Russian transliteration, but it was rejected because it breaks inconsistent tests of this package #12.

If you guys want to help, let's start with making the tests more consistent. Then move to other issues.
