Topics

• WG Report: Finalized the draft, which will be submitted on Wed, 2022-04-20. Please check the list of "Active Members", i.e., participants and confirm your name if it is marked in yellow or missing.
• Single cell gene expression: Final questions resolved, Brian will merge this soon (#409, #574).
• Receptor object: DKFZ team will update PR #404 soon. Will need to think about an indicator for the level of confidence for measurements. Example for this are e.g. measurements on cells that express multiple TCRs. In this case the reactivity of the cell would be known, but the actual receptor that mediates this reactivity would not.
• MHC annotation: Find correct terms to indicate class I/II. Method for MHC typing should rather be a free-text with term suggestions than an controlled vocabulary defined in the Schema (#573).
• No new comments on Contributor object
• We will skip the next meeting on 2022-05-16, as this is directly before the AIRR-C VI conference. Next regular call will be on Mon, 2022-06-13 18:00 UTC.
