We Freaking Made It!

We qualified for the Detroit! That's super neat. Let me give you a run down on this version of team 1100's code.

Autonomous:

  1. Start on the left, put a cube in the left scale, pick up a cube a cube behind the robot
  2. Start on the left, put a cube in the right scale
  3. Start on the right, put a cube in the left scale
  4. Start on the right put a cube in the right scale, pick up a cube a cube behind the robot
  5. Start in the middle put 2 cubes in the right switch
  6. Start in the middle put 2 cubes in the left switch
  7. Cross the line

Teleoperated:

  • PID control of elevator
  • Vision steering for cubes
  • Multifunction buttons
  • Folding of elevator

We worked really hard this year and managed to write good robot code, despite that every person involved in its creation had never written robot code before. We had a lot of fun making this, I for one got very stressed while making this, but our 6 weeks of work should go to good use.

Beautiful Base Code

Base Code is Good!

This release contains some pretty spicy, well documented base code. I'd recommend that in future years, one should copy this release. It is completely robot unspecific.
