Admins: How to use the site

Hello! This guide walks you through all the things you can do as an admin on the PuzzleDay website.

What is admin mode?

The admin role allows you to do anything an Author can do AND MORE.

How do I get to admin mode?

First, log in.
Then, click on the event name at the top left corner and then selecting "Admin mode."
If you have done this successfully, you should now see "- Admin" after the event name.

What you will see if you are in admin mode:

I can't get to admin mode

• If you do not have the "Admin mode" option, contact the event admins.
• If you are selecting the correct option but nothing is happening, try going back to the event homepage first and re-trying from there.

What do I do now?

As an admin, you can do a multitude of things. Look a the sections on the navigation pane on the right under "Admins: How to use the site"
