Maritime Simulation

Hi!
I am researching simulators capable of simulating maritime surface and underwater vehicles. After seeing the fish steam simulations, I wondered if the physics engines would be powerful enough for maritime simulations. Do you know if this is planned in the future?

I may be interested in supporting the project if you believe this will be possible.
