Remove balsamic run-analysis flag from cg (#2723)(patch)
Removes the -r flag from the balsamic workflow command.
The --run-analysis flag on the cg cli wrapper for the balsamic workflow was counter intuitive and deviated from all other commands which use the dry run flag.
