  • Joe has the draft consultant contracts that will be sent out today
  • Task update schedule was discussed. Joe wants to make sure there is enough check-ins on each task.
  • Explicit Telecommuting - Discussion of when to sync SANDAG's production version with the SANDAG example model
    • Now is a good time to sync those versions - SANDAG example model should be as good as it can be
    • WSP will add updating to SANDAG production version to their scope
    • Jeff can address Sharrow issue in SANDAG ActivitySim in April
  • ActivitySim Installation - Josie Kressner is interested making the updates she suggested about five years ago; WSP will work on a scope and budget for the task
  • Thursday's meeting will be cancelled
