i18n(fr): update cli-reference.mdx

Updates the French translation of cli-reference.mdx to:

• add last changes from the English version
• reword a heading: common can mean shared (commun in French) or widespread (courant in French), and here we use the first meaning, so the current heading ("Options courantes") was misleading.
