Fixes to fuse circuit for stability at high current switching.
Schematic changes:
- Added C9 - 1uF to fuse input
- Added C10 - 100nF in parallel to R15
- Change C7 to 10uF
- Added C12 - 220uF AL Cap to fuse output (Panasonic F)
- Added D2 - schottky diode to output
- Add test point (+12V)
Layout Changes:
- Board grew 3mm wider
- Buzzer & components adjacent moved to make room for electrolytic
