Version 1.0 only contains the Palette editor, though the Sprite editor will show a weird image. Good enough!

Instructions:

  • Open the jar by double-clicking or right-clicking
  • A file chooser will come up, find your Sonic Battle ROM and open it
  • SBHS should come up, where you can change the palette of any character
