+अधिनस्त अमरावती विभागीय कार्यालयासाठी इमारत, मुला-मुलींचे वसतिगृह, अभ्यासिका,
+ग्रंथालय, प्रशिक्षण केंद्रासाठी हॉल बांधकाम व इतर अनुषंगिक बाबींसाठी रु.१७१,९८,१६,१४२
+(अक्षरी एकशे एक्काहत्तर कोटी अठ्यान्नव लाख सोळा हजार एकशे बेचाळीस रुपये) इतक्या
+अंदाजपत्रकास व आराखड्यास मान्यता ही सन २०२२-२३ च्या दरसूचीनुसार देण्यात येत आहे.
+समितीने दिलेल्या प्रशासकीय मान्यतेच्या खर्चाचा तपशील सोबत जोडण्यात आलेल्या परिशिष्ट्टात
+नमूद करण्यात आला आहे. उच्चाधिकारी समितीने दिलेल्या मान्यतेनुसार खालील नमूद केलेल्या
+अटींच्या अधीन राहून प्रशासकीय मान्यता देण्यात येत आहे.
+१.सदर प्रस्ताव हा अमरावती येथील छत्रपती शाहू महाराज संशोधन प्रशिक्षण व मानव
+विकास संस्था (सारथी), या संस्थेचे विभागीय कार्यालय, मुला-मुलींचे वसतीगृह, व
+अभ्यासिकेच्या बांधकामाबाबतचा आहे.
+२.सदर बांधकामासाठी जागा उपलब्ध होणार असल्याचे समितीस अवगत करण्यात आले
+आहे. प्रस्तावित बांधकाम खालीलप्रमाणे असणार आहे.
+मुला-मुलींचे वसतीगृह - G+११
+अभ्यासिका - G+२
+प्रशासकीय इमारत - G+४
+किचन आणि डायनिंग इमारत - G+१

+सदर इमारतींचे एकूण क्षेत्रफळ ३३४११ चौ.मी.इतके असून, बांधकामाचा दर
+रु.२८०००/- प्रति चौ.मी.आहे.
+३.सदर कामाचे नकाशे खाजगी वास्तुशास्त्रज्ञाकडून करण्यात आलेले आहे.
+४.उक्त बांधकामाची कार्यान्वयीन यंत्रणा सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग आहे.
+५.सविस्तर चचेअंती, समितीने सदर काम हे खाजगी वास्तुशास्त्रज्ञाकडून करण्यात येत
+असल्याने, त्या इमारतीचे आराखडे हे सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग/शासकीय
+इमारतीच्या अनुज्ञेय मानकास अनुसरुन असण्याची खातरजमा करण्याच्या तसेच अशा
+नकाशांना व वास्तुमांडणी आराखड्यास शासनाचे वास्तुशास्त्रज्ञ यांची मान्यता घेण्याची
+कार्यवाही संबंधित उपभोक्ता विभागाने करण्याच्या अटीच्या अधिन राहुन, अंदाजित
+रु.१७१,९८,१६,१४२ (अक्षरी एकशे एक्काहत्तर कोटी अठ्यान्नव लाख सोळा हजार एकशे
+बेचाळीस रुपये) इतक्या किंमतीस सहमती दर्शवली आहे.
