+निधी कोषागार कार्यालय यांना आहरित करण्यापूर्वी तसेच खर्च करताना राज्य शासनाची
+कार्यनियमावली, वित्तीय नियमावली, अर्थसंकल्पिय नियम पुस्तिकेतील तरतुदी व सर्व अटी व
+शर्तीचे पालन करणे ही जबाबदारी नियंत्रक अधिकारी म्हणून छत्रपती शाहू महाराज संशोधन,
+प्रशिक्षण व मानव विकास संस्था (सारथी), पुणे तसेच आहरण संवितरण अधिकारी म्हणून मुख्य
+लेखा व वित्त अधिकारी छत्रपती शाहू महाराज संशोधन, प्रशिक्षण व मानव विकास संस्था (सारथी),
+पुणे यांची राहील. तसेच वितरीत करण्यात आलेले रुपये ४५.६६ कोटी (अक्षरी रुपये पंचेचाळीस
+कोटी सहासष्ट्ट लक्ष फक्त) इतके अनुदान नमूद उदिष्ट्टासाठी व उपलब्ध निधीच्या मर्यादेत खर्च
+होईल याची नियंत्रक अधिकारी म्हणून व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक, (सारथी), पुणे तसेच आहरण व
+संवितरण अधिकारी म्हणून मुख्य लेखा व वित्त अधिकारी यांची जबाबदारी राहील.

+लेखाशीर्षाखालील मंजूर अनुदानातून भागविण्यात यावा.

+मधील दिलेल्या सूचनेनुसार प्राप्त अनुदानाखाली खर्च करण्याची दक्षता सारथी पुणे यांनी घ्यावी.
