+The Proposal:
+Human Development by Government Decision dated 30th May, 2024 in Annexure III to the Reference
+Temporary appointment of Commissioner, Human Development in the Commissionerate to the Indian Administrative Service
+The designation of the post is transferred to the Directorate of Finance and Statistics, which is subordinate to the Department, and the Commissioner, Finance and
+The Directorate of Statistics has been made. However, by the decision of that Government, the post of Commissioner, Human Development
+Difficulties in implementing human development programmes as there is no clarity on how the work will be handled
+are occurring. Hence, the Commissioner, Directorate of Finance and Statistics holds the office of Commissioner, Human Development.
+The proposal for handing over was under the consideration of the government.
+The Government's Decisions:
+Commissioner, Human Development vide Government Decision dated 30.05.2024 in Annexure III, as the case may be.
+Posts in the Indian Administrative Service Temporarily Subordinate to the Department of Planning Economics and Statistics
+Transferred to the Directorate, the designation of the post has been changed to Commissioner, Directorate of Finance and Statistics.
+Hence, with a view to streamline the implementation of human development programmes, the office of Commissioner, Human Development is also functioning.
+The Commissioner, Directorate of Finance and Statistics will be required to look into it.
+This Government decision is available on the website of the Government of Maharashtra www.maharashtra.gov.in.

+संदर्भाधिन अनुक्रमांक ३ येथील दिनांक ३० मे, २०२४ च्या शासन निर्णयान्वये मानव विकास
+आयुक्तालयातील आयुक्त, मानव विकास हे भारतीय प्रशासकीय सेवेतील पद तात्पुरत्या स्वरुपात नियोजन
+विभागाच्या अधिनस्त असलेल्या अर्थ व सांख्यिकी संचालनालयाकडे वर्ग करुन त्या पदाचे पदनाम आयुक्त, अर्थ व
+सांख्यिकी संचालनालय असे करण्यात आलेले आहे. तथापि त्या शासन निर्णयान्वये आयुक्त, मानव विकास या पदाचे
+कामकाज कसे हाताळले जाईल, याबाबत स्पष्ट्टता नसल्याने मानव विकस कार्यक्रम राबविण्याच्या दृष्ट्टीने अडचणी
+उद्भवत आहेत. त्यामुळे आयुक्त, अर्थ व सांख्यिकी संचालनालय यांनी आयुक्त, मानव विकास या पदाचे कामकाज
+सोपविण्याबाबतचा प्रस्ताव शासनाच्या विचाराधीन होता.
+शासन निर्णय :-
+२. संदर्भाधिन अनुक्रमांक ३ येथील दिनांक ३० मे २०२४ रोजीच्या शासन निर्णयान्वये आयुक्त, मानव विकास हे
+भारतीय प्रशासकीय सेवेतील पद तात्पुरत्या स्वरुपात नियोजन विभागाच्या अधिनस्त असलेल्या अर्थ व सांख्यिकी
+संचालनालयाकडे वर्ग करुन त्या पदाचे पदनाम आयुक्त, अर्थ व सांखियकी संचालनालय असे करण्यात आले आहे.
+त्यामुळे मानव विकास कार्यक्रम सुरळीतपणे राबविण्याच्या दृष्ट्टीने आयुक्त, मानव विकास या पदाचे कामकाज देखील
+आयुक्त, अर्थ व सांख्यिकी संचालनालय यांनी पाहणे आवश्यक राहील.
