Government circular:
A comprehensive database of all the employees in the service of the Government of Maharashtra as per the above reference circular.
The process of updating has been undertaken by the Directorate of Finance and Statistics. All of them under this
Government offices to inform their subordinate employees of the reference date 1st July, 2024
It needs to be updated. The Directorate of Statistics has updated the data for this purpose.

Instructions have been given by the government circular in this regard not to be passed by the treasury.

अद्ययावत करावयाची आहे. यासाठी माहिती अद्ययावत झाल्याबाबतचे अर्थ वब सांख्यिको संचालनालयाच्या
अधिनस्त असलेल्या जिल्हा सांख्यिको कार्यालय / प्रादेशिक कार्यालय यांनी दिलेले प्रमाणपत्र माहे नोव्हेंबर, २०२४

माहितीकोष २०२४ ( EMDb-2oRW) मधील माहिती अद्ययावत केल्याबाबतचे पहिले प्रमाणपत्र प्रापत करून घेणे
शक्‍य झालेले नाही, अशा कार्यालयांची माहे नोव्हेंबर २०२४ ची वेतन देयके अर्थ व सांख्यिको संचालनालयाच्या
अधिनस्त असलेल्या जिल्हा सांख्यिकी कार्यालय/प्रादेशिक कार्यालयाच्या प्रमाणपत्राशिवाय कोषागार / अधिदान व
लेखा कार्यालयात सादर करावीत आणि संबंधित कोषागार / अधिदान व लेखा कार्यालयांनी अशी वेतन देयके
पारित करावीत. उपरोक्‍त नमूद संकेतस्थळामधील तांत्रिक अडचणींचे निराकरण झाल्यानंतर सुधारित निदेश
देण्यात येतील.
३. अधिदान व लेखा अधिकारी तसेच कोषागारे / उप कोषागारे अधिकारी यांनी वरील सूचना तातडीने सर्व आहरण व संवितरण अधिकाऱ्यांच्या निदर्शनास आणाव्यात.

Introduction: The "gross state SUT 'B" per capita state income is an important indicator of measuring the development of a state's economy. Data on gross state / district income as well as per capita income are used to study various aspects of the economy as well as to understand the state's fiscal position. It is an important tool for measuring growth rates in various sectors such as services, industry, services, etc. Similarly, state income data is used to take holistic measures to increase the growth rate in these various sectors.
At present, the state income data is being prepared on the basis of base year 2011-12 under the guidance and methodology of the central government. The Central Government has decided to change these base years and the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, National Statistical Office, New Delhi, Government of India has reconstituted the STATIS (Extraordinary 09296) "National Accounts Advisory Committee * dated 27th June 2024 to take a decision on the same. On the same lines, the formation of an "Advisory Committee on State Income" at the state level was under the consideration of the government. Accordingly, the government is taking the following decisions.
Government Decisions: An "Advisory Committee on State Income" is being set up to determine the appropriate base year for estimating gross state income at the state level on the lines of the Central Government, as well as to suggest appropriate procedures for calculating gross state income and district income in a more accurate manner.
2. The composition of the Committee shall be as follows:

Concerned officers from various institutions / offices in serial numbers 7 to 12 above will be invited to the meetings of the State Revenue Advisory Committee in accordance with the issues to be discussed from time to time. The Chairman of the Committee shall also have the power to invite experts or officers on a subject matter for meetings, as the case may be, in addition to the members of the Committee.
3. The functions of the Committee are as follows: 1. The Central Government has taken a decision to modify the base year for calculation of national income.
Base year changes for calculating estimates of state income and district income in accordance with the decision
Make the necessary recommendations about what to do.
2. Guidance on procedures for calculating State Income Estimates in a more accurate manner.
Suggest improvements in the quality of the forecast to be considered.
3. Newly generated data sources like CO, Goods and Services Tax data, MCA data, etc.
Guidance on the proper inclusion of resources
4. Setting procedures for calculating district income estimates more accurately.
5. Suggest subjects for survey as required for calculating State / District Income Estimates of areas / sub-regions for which direct data is not available.
6. Suggest procedures for calculating quarterly estimates of state income.
The term of office of the Committee shall be for a period of three years from the date of the decision of the Government to provide guidance on necessary matters relating to State / District revenue. Similarly, meetings shall be held from time to time as may be prescribed by the Chairman of the Committee. The non-governmental members of the committee will be given Rs. A daily meeting fee of ₹4,000 / - will be admissible.
5. Expenditure for the performance of the Committee as aforesaid, for payment of honorarium to non-executive members as well as for holding meetings, shall be met from the funds available under "Demand No. O-9, 3454, Census Survey and Statistics 02, Survey and Statistics, 192, Financial Advice and Statistics (03) Demand for Statistics for Planning (03) (15) Implementation of State Statistical System (State Sponsored Scheme) (3454 0483) -13 Office Expenditure."
The Government decision is being issued in accordance with the consent received under the Unofficial Reference Number 583/2024 Expenditure-8 of the Department of Finance, dated 30th October, 2024.
