Systemetized Release

Cleaned up a lot of the Debian packaging and setup the application so that it can run with a systemd unit file and support config files in different location. Closes #3 and #5

Also fixed a bug where DNS records were having their TTL and Proxy status being reset on each update. That's now been resolved and whatever values where there before the update are now respected. Closes #1

Initial release

Fixed #2, which made the app basically unusable, so this will be the first true release.
