Installation
You can choose to simply drag and drop install Quarters, however for the best user experience it is recommended that you follow the steps below.
By default mayors will be able to (within their town) create quarters, delete quarters, evict players etc. All players can additionally "use" every command as in run it but they won't necessarily do anything as a lot require an additional permission node.
If you would like another rank to share these perms with the mayor such as the co-mayor role, you should access your townyperms.yml file in plugins/towny/settings/townyperms.yml and give them the permission node quarters.action.*. You can also choose to look through the permission nodes section of the wiki to find specific nodes you want to give rather than using the wildcard permission node.
It is recommended that you give your staff the permission node quarters.command.quartersadmin.* and quarters.action.quartersadmin.* (assuming your staff are trustworthy).
