The Interval tab allows you to manage a workout with repetitions of action and rest. You can set action and rest independently. Settings include:

  • Audio cues: use the program Default or 100m. When 100m is selected, you will receive audio cues every 100 metres.
  • Repetitions: Set the number of times to repeat the specified action/rest interval.
  • Interval type: Select either a time-based or distance-based action interval.
  • Rest type: Select either a time-based or distance-based action interval.

Additionally, there are check boxes for warm up and cool down.

Please note that during the rest periods, the distance/time you run in these rest periods is measured, but not stored. So this will not show up in the graph when you finish running. If you want to record your travelled distance/time during these periods, it's better to use the Advanced tab, and add workout,using "recovery" instead of "rest".
