Event term randomize_rigid_body_com() removed from manager-based events.

Hi there,
I noticed that the a manager-based event term randomize_rigid_body_com() is removed from /workspace/isaaclab/source/isaaclab/isaaclab/envs/mdp/events.py. The function was for implementing the randomization of the center of mass of rigid bodies. I was just wondering why this was removed?
I found a pull request discussing this but it seemed like the commit fixed all the issues associated with it.
