Interesting ... I downloaded fheroes2_windows_x64_SDL2.zip and all is OK.

I experienced the problem on a pre-compiled build from this PR, which was ~1 hour ago. After the most recent changes the engine still can't recognize game data.
Latest commit version works fine.
