To understand mechanism of genes, you always have to pay attention to the sequence data.

On this Wiki, I put all the pre-required knowledge mainly about the role of each section of gene sequence.

One of the keys to master this is distinguishing the functional difference of (corresponding) sequence between prokaryote and eukaryote.

We use both prokaryote and eukaryote, so fortunately (unfortunately?), it's obviously necessary and important for us to figure it out more than usual students.

Members in TokyoTech iGEM Team will work hard to get to know both Wet and Dry Labs and this spot is a starting point of our endeavor.
