FASTASearchpy

This program output FASTA information automatically.
Output files are Gene's DNA, mRNA, and CDS.

Usage

python FASTAsearch.py -g/--gene genename -k/--kind kind  

You can put spaces between words after -g/--gene or -k/--kind

python FASTAsearch.py -g CD27 -k human

python newFASTAsearch.py --gene atipt4 --kind Arabidopsis thaliana
