Processing of GOES-17 images is added.
Setting the radiobutton 'Pseudo True Color GOES-16/-17' selects the right colorbands for calculating the true color image.
It is not necessary to delete 'GeoSatellites.ini' when installing the new version. The add and delete buttons in 'GeoSatellite Config' are disabled.
